CONTENT & METHODS
On the first day, you will receive theoretical input and learn the basic knowledge for your virtual negotiation success. On the second day, the focus is on a practical case situation. Based on this practical case, a virtual negotiation will be prepared, conducted and subsequently analysed. During the preparation phase, the group is divided into small groups that develop their negotiation strategy in so-called “break-out rooms”. During this process, you will be supported again and again by our trainer and receive valuable tips and tricks.
In the analysis after the negotiation, you will receive individual feedback on the virtual implementation and jointly, learning points will be developed.
