In the two engaging online-live modules, we’ll show you how to accompany your customers or potential customers intensively along the “Customer Journey” during the acquisition/sales process.
Utilize the Customer Journey to explain complex concepts to your customers or potential customers and establish an emotional connection. A well-told story can have a powerful impact and convey a message more effectively than a purely factual presentation. You’ll learn how to gather all the information about various customer needs and craft individually tailored stories to make the sales process even more successful or faster.
