METHODS & DIDACTICS
Part 1: The 2-day classroom seminar features interactive sessions with alternating theory and practical exercises to ensure maximum knowledge transfer.
Part 2: After approximately 6-8 weeks of practice, where you conduct real conversations and apply what you’ve learned, a 3-hour online-live workshop follows. In this session, our trainer/coach is available for reflection. You’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences (“What went well?” “What didn’t go so well?”), and our coach will provide alternatives for future conversations.

- Introduction to the concept of "Leadership" - What does it mean in today's times under the changed working conditions?
- What is my understanding as a leader? - Role, responsibility, and the current situation.
- Simulating conflict discussions.
- Simulating employee conversations (appreciative communication).
- Escalation and de-escalation in conversations.
- Motivating employees.
The simulated conversations will be recorded and subsequently analyzed in detail with the trainer/coach. Each participant will receive individual feedback, and learning points will be developed together.
