Please send us – 1 week prior to the training – typical / frequent objections, rejections or excuses, you hear from customers or internal colleagues again and again. Our trainer will cluster them in advance (send to: orga@corptrain.de).
During the workshop, all participants are introduced to the topic in a short lecture: “Distinction between objections and excuses”.
The focus of the training lies however on
- the discussion of participant-specific objections (acquisition, negotiation, sales or internal objections),
- the development of solution approaches and
- the development of an individual response template for you and the other participants. It includes processing options and answers to frequent objections / excuses and can be utilized in practice.
Through that, you benefit from new solution approaches, learning points and
recommendations for your problems as well as conflict situations of the other participants.
